Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping (India):

- Standard Shipping: ₹49
- Free Shipping: Available on orders ₹999 and above
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
International Shipping:
- International Shipping: ₹1,700
- Available to: UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and 23+ other countries
- Estimated delivery: 15-30 business days
Processing Time
- Prepaid orders: 2-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: 3-7 business days
- Custom/personalized items may require additional processing time
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to India and select international countries. Some remote areas may not be serviceable or may incur additional charges.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at thangcha1991@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Address Changes
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Holidays and Peak Seasons
Shipping times may be longer during holidays, festivals, and peak shopping seasons. We will notify you of any expected delays.
